    7:30 - CAMPERS ONLY

    8-10:30 - Remaining swimmers can complete laps any time in this window

    This event replaces practice for all age groups except LTS & Jr HiPPos.

    Check back for the volunteer sign up to help at the event and/or bring snacks to fuel our swimmers. 

    This year's event will once again support Homestretch, a local organization whose mission is "to empower homeless families with children living in Virginia to attain permanent housing and self-sufficiency by giving them the skills, knowledge and hope they need to become productive participants in the community."

    All swimmers who come for the team photo will enjoy donuts!! (after photo for 10U and after swimming for 11+.)
