5:15 - 6:00 p.m. — 10 & unders
May 26 - June 11: Swim Team Only
(No practice on Memorial Day, May 25; Special Schedule June 12, check calendar)
4:00 - 4:45 p.m. – 13 & Over age group
4:45 - 5:30 p.m. –11-12 age group
13+ who cannot attend 4pm practice due to school/bus schedules can attend 11-12
5:30 - 6:15 p.m. – 8 & Under age group
6:15 - 7:00 p.m. – 9-10 age group

Monday, June 15th - no practice, B Meet
Tuesday, June 16th - Afternoon practice 4-7pm as above
Wed, June 17th - 1st morning practice for all non-FCPS & APS swimmers
7:00 - 7:45 a.m. – Camper Practice, open to all swim team age groups
7:45 - 8:45 a.m. – 13 & Over age group
8:45 - 9:45 a.m. – 9-12 age group
9:45 - 10:30 a.m. - 8 & Under age group
Afternoon practice for APS & FCPS students only
4:30 - 5:15 p.m. 11 & Over

July 27-31: Individual All Stars Practice for qualifying swimmers

Campers Practice
This practice is for swimmers who cannot attend their age group practice. For 2026, this group will have a dedicated practice, allowing swim team members of all ages to attend and be grouped into lanes accordingly. Learn-to-Swim and Jr. Hippo participants cannot attend campers practice.
