    8:45 - 9:45 a.m. – 9-12 age group; 9:45 - 10:30 a.m. - 8 & Under age group

    Monday - Thursday only:

    7 - 7:45 a.m. – JH Class 1; 9:00 - 9:30 a.m. – LTS Class; 9:30 - 10:15 a.m. – JH Class 2

    Our event supported Homestretch, a local organization whose mission is "to empower homeless families with children living in Virginia to attain permanent housing and self-sufficiency by giving them the skills, knowledge and hope they need to become productive participants in the community." Learn more about this great organization at Homestretch.

    Swimmers, parents, and all HPP members are welcome to share our fundraising link with supporters through July 10th.

    Only for swimmers who are regularly unable to attend morning practices due to family work schedules. Attendance at these sessions is capped due to limited pool space.

    To prepare for the Relay Carnival, practice times will differ on July 8: 

    All Relay Carnival swimmers regardless of age: 7:45-8:45am (alert coaches or team reps if your relay swimmer can’t make 7:45am practice!)

    For swimmers not participating in the Relay Carnival:

    Camper: 7-7:45am 

    11+: 8:45-9:45am

    10U: 9:45-10:30am

    LTS & Jr HiPPos schedule is unchanged

    Age Groups and Genders within each age group will choose their own themes and dress to impress! 

    4:30pm: Gates will open to swimmers and spectators.

    5:00pm-5:20pm: HPP warm-up.

    6:30pm: Meet begins

    All HPP swimmers and their families are invited to the Pintauro home for a pizaa party after the Divistional Relay Carnival!
